1. Program Overview

Welcome to the Nomra Referral Program ("Program")! Our referral program allows existing Nomra users ("Referrers") to invite friends, family, and others ("Referred Users") to join Nomra and enjoy mobile connectivity worldwide. Both parties can earn rewards when the referred user successfully completes a qualifying action.

By participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by these Referral Program Terms and Conditions, in addition to Nomra's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Who Can Refer

To be eligible to participate as a Referrer, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have a valid and active Nomra account in good standing
  • Have completed at least one successful eSIM purchase on the Nomra platform
  • Not have any outstanding violations or disputes with Nomra
  • Not be a Nomra employee, contractor, or immediate family member thereof

2.2 Who Can Be Referred

Referred Users must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a new user who has never previously registered for a Nomra account
  • Not have previously used the same device or payment method with Nomra
  • Meet all standard Nomra account eligibility requirements
  • Create their account using a unique referral link or code provided by the Referrer
  • Complete a qualifying purchase within the specified timeframe

3. How the Program Works

3.1 Sharing Your Referral Link

Eligible Referrers can access their unique referral link through the Nomra app:

  • Navigate to "Share & Win" or "Referral" section in the app
  • Copy your unique referral link or referral code
  • Share via social media, messaging apps, email, or other communication channels
  • Your referral link contains a unique tracking code attributed to your account

3.2 Qualifying Actions

For a referral to be considered successful and rewards to be issued, the Referred User must:

  • Click on the Referrer's unique referral link or enter the referral code during signup
  • Create a new Nomra account within 30 days of clicking the link
  • Complete their first eSIM purchase of a minimum value as specified in the app
  • Activate and use the purchased eSIM plan
  • Not request a refund for the qualifying purchase

3.3 Reward Distribution

Upon successful completion of qualifying actions:

  • Referrer Reward: Wallet credit will be added to your Nomra account within 7 business days
  • Referred User Bonus: A welcome bonus or discount will be applied to their account
  • Rewards are issued as Nomra wallet credits, not cash
  • Current reward amounts are displayed in the app and may change without prior notice

4. Rewards and Limitations

4.1 Reward Structure

The current reward structure (subject to change):

  • Rewards are credited as wallet balance in USD or equivalent local currency
  • Wallet credits can be used toward any Nomra eSIM purchase or top-up
  • Referral rewards cannot be converted to cash or transferred to external accounts
  • Rewards expire 12 months from the date of issuance if unused

4.2 Program Limits

The following limits apply to the referral program:

  • Maximum referrals per month: 50 successful referrals
  • Maximum total referral rewards per calendar year: $500 USD equivalent
  • One referral reward per unique Referred User
  • Referral links expire 90 days after generation
  • Nomra reserves the right to adjust limits at any time

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and potential account termination:

5.1 Fraudulent Referrals

  • Creating fake or duplicate accounts to generate referrals
  • Self-referring using multiple accounts, devices, or identities
  • Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorized payment methods
  • Coordinating with others to artificially inflate referral counts
  • Purchasing eSIMs solely for the purpose of earning referral rewards with intent to refund

5.2 Spam and Misrepresentation

  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or automated referral links
  • Posting referral links on websites or forums where it violates their terms
  • Misrepresenting the Nomra service, rewards, or your affiliation with Nomra
  • Using deceptive advertising, including false claims about rewards or services
  • Impersonating Nomra employees, partners, or official representatives

5.3 Unauthorized Marketing

  • Using paid advertising (PPC, display ads, social media ads) for referral links without written permission
  • Bidding on Nomra brand keywords in search advertising
  • Creating websites that impersonate or may be confused with official Nomra properties
  • Registering domain names containing "Nomra" or similar variations
  • Using Nomra trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization

5.4 Technical Manipulation

  • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate or share referral links
  • Manipulating cookies, tracking parameters, or device identifiers
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the referral system
  • Using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to circumvent geographic or other restrictions
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of the referral tracking system

6. Fraud Prevention and Enforcement

6.1 Monitoring and Investigation

Nomra employs various measures to detect and prevent fraud:

  • Automated systems monitor referral patterns for suspicious activity
  • Manual review of high-volume referrers and unusual patterns
  • Device fingerprinting and IP analysis to detect duplicate accounts
  • Payment method verification to prevent multi-account abuse
  • Periodic audits of referral transactions and reward distributions

6.2 Consequences of Violations

If Nomra determines, in its sole discretion, that a participant has violated these terms:

  • Immediate forfeiture of all pending and earned referral rewards
  • Revocation of previously issued rewards (wallet credits may be deducted)
  • Permanent disqualification from the referral program
  • Suspension or termination of your Nomra account
  • Legal action for fraud, damages, or recovery of ill-gotten rewards
  • Reporting to law enforcement authorities where appropriate

6.3 Appeal Process

If you believe your account or rewards were incorrectly flagged or revoked:

  • Contact our support team at support@nomra.world within 30 days
  • Provide detailed information supporting your case
  • Nomra will review appeals on a case-by-case basis
  • Nomra's decision on appeals is final and binding

7. Privacy and Data Collection

In connection with the referral program:

  • We collect referral link click data, including IP addresses and device information
  • Attribution data is used to verify referral relationships and prevent fraud
  • Your referral code/link is associated with your account and personal information
  • Referred Users' data is handled according to our standard Privacy Policy
  • We may share aggregated (non-personal) referral statistics
  • Data retention follows our standard data retention policies

8. Tax Responsibilities

Important tax-related information:

  • Referral rewards may be considered taxable income in your jurisdiction
  • You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes
  • Nomra does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for your tax obligations
  • We may be required to report referral earnings to tax authorities as required by law
  • Consult with a tax professional regarding your specific situation

9. Program Modifications and Termination

Nomra reserves the right to:

  • Modify these terms and conditions at any time with or without notice
  • Change reward amounts, limits, or eligibility criteria
  • Suspend or terminate the referral program entirely
  • Disqualify any participant from the program at our sole discretion
  • Cancel, revoke, or adjust rewards in cases of suspected fraud or abuse

Changes will be effective upon posting to the app or website. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

THE REFERRAL PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND:

  • Nomra does not guarantee reward availability or continued program operation
  • Technical issues may occasionally affect referral tracking or reward distribution
  • Nomra is not liable for lost, delayed, or misdirected referral rewards
  • Maximum liability is limited to the value of legitimate referral rewards owed
  • Nomra is not responsible for third-party actions related to shared referral links

11. Best Practices for Referrers

To be a successful and compliant referrer:

  • Be honest: Share genuine experiences and accurate information about Nomra
  • Respect boundaries: Only share with people who may be genuinely interested
  • Disclose the relationship: Mention that you'll receive a reward if they sign up
  • Help your referrals: Guide them through the signup and purchase process
  • Follow platform rules: Respect the terms of any platform where you share
  • Stay updated: Check the app regularly for program updates and changes
