1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Nomra! Nomra is a service operated by AzzurroLabs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nomra mobile application ("App"), website, and eSIM services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using Nomra, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are of legal age to form a binding contract
  • You have not been previously suspended or removed from the Services
  • Your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • You possess a compatible device with eSIM capability when using eSIM services
  • You are an authorized Nomra administrator or approved operator when accessing the admin dashboard

3. Account Registration

To access our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information
  • You may not share your account or transfer it to another person
  • Admin dashboard accounts may only be used by authorized personnel for approved business purposes
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. eSIM Services

4.1 Service Description

Nomra provides digital eSIM data plans for mobile connectivity in 180+ countries. Our services include:

  • Purchase and activation of eSIM data plans
  • AI-powered plan recommendations based on your destination
  • Instant activation via QR code
  • Multi-language support (English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German)
  • 24/7 customer support through in-app chat
  • Data usage monitoring and notifications
  • Website and admin dashboard tools for managing content, settings, FAQs, legal pages, support workflows, and service operations

4.2 Device Compatibility

It is your responsibility to verify that your device supports eSIM technology and is unlocked to use third-party network operators before purchasing a plan. Compatible devices include recent iPhone, iPad, and Android models with eSIM capability. We are not responsible if your device is incompatible, carrier-locked, or otherwise unable to install or use an eSIM. No refunds will be issued due to device incompatibility.

4.3 eSIM Activation

Once an eSIM plan is purchased, you are responsible for following the installation instructions provided in the App. Nomra is not liable for activation failures resulting from incorrect installation, device restrictions, or carrier settings on your end. If you experience a technical issue with activation, please contact support within 48 hours of purchase.

4.4 Service Limitations

  • Coverage and data speeds depend on local carrier partners and network infrastructure in each country
  • Service availability may vary by country, device model, or network conditions
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service — connectivity is subject to the policies and availability of local network operators
  • Emergency services (e.g., 911, 112) may not be available on all eSIM plans
  • Voice calls and SMS may not be supported on data-only plans

5. Purchases and Payments

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars and may vary by country and data amount. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect already purchased plans.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Areeba and authorized payment infrastructure partners. We do not store full card details on our servers. Payment options include:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Card payments processed through Areeba's secure, PCI-compliant checkout
  • Nomra Wallet: Wallet balance earned through referrals or promotional credits

By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current and valid. Payment data may be shared with our payment providers solely for the purpose of fraud prevention, transaction security, and processing your order.

5.3 Payments and Wallet Usage

  1. Wallet balances may only be used when the available wallet balance is sufficient to cover the entire purchase amount after any discounts.
  2. Partial wallet payments are not permitted.
  3. Promotional discounts reduce the purchase price but have no cash value and are non-refundable.
  4. Once an eSIM profile has been provisioned and issued to the customer, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
  5. Nomra reserves the right to deny cancellation requests after provisioning.
  6. Wallet balances are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
  7. Wallet credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5.4 Refund Policy

eSIM purchases are generally non-refundable once the eSIM profile has been issued.

Refund eligibility:

  • Pre-installation cancellation: If your eSIM has not yet been installed on a device (status: "Not Installed"), you may cancel it through the app and receive a refund to your Nomra Wallet or original payment method.
  • Wallet refunds: Amounts paid via Nomra Wallet are refunded back to your wallet balance upon eligible cancellation.
  • Card refunds: Amounts paid via credit/debit card (areeba) may be refunded to your wallet as store credit, or to your original payment method. Card refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.
  • Promotional discounts: Not refundable under any circumstance.
  • Activated or partially used eSIMs: No refunds are available once the eSIM is installed or data has been used.
  • Technical issues: If your eSIM fails to activate due to a confirmed technical issue, contact support within 48 hours for review.

Nomra reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

6. Data Plans and Usage

6.1 Plan Validity

  • Data plans have specific validity periods (e.g., 7 days, 30 days, 90 days)
  • Validity begins upon first activation of the eSIM
  • Unused data expires when the validity period ends
  • Plan validity cannot be extended once expired

6.2 Fair Use Policy

Data plans are intended for personal use only. Plans labeled "unlimited" are subject to fair use limits — after a threshold determined by the underlying carrier, speeds may be reduced to ensure consistent service for all users. Prohibited activities include:

  • Commercial resale or redistribution of connectivity
  • Using data plans as a primary fixed-line internet replacement (tethering/hotspot may be limited on some plans)
  • Excessive automated downloads or bandwidth-intensive applications that abuse shared network resources
  • Activities that violate local laws or network operator policies

6.3 Top-Up and Renewal

You can top up your eSIM data through the App at any time. We will send notifications when your data is running low or about to expire. Renewals are not automatic unless you enable subscription features.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
  • Access or use the admin dashboard without authorization, or use admin privileges outside approved operational purposes
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Collect or store personal data of other users
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Nomra and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party providers:

  • Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, analytics, and cloud functions
  • Areeba: Payment gateway for card transaction processing
  • OneSignal: Push notifications
  • Airbridge: Analytics and attribution
  • Resend: Transactional email notifications

These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy, including processing related to the App, website, admin dashboard, and eSIM services.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

11.1 Service Availability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service. Network coverage, data speeds, and service quality depend on third-party network operators.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOMRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or network outages beyond our control
  • Incompatibility with your device or carrier restrictions
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific eSIM plan in question, or $50, whichever is less.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nomra, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Infringement of any third-party rights
  • Your content or activities using the Services

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
  • Abuse of the Services or other users
  • Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Misuse of promotional offers, referral programs, or wallet credits
  • Extended inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Services ceases immediately
  • Unused data plans and credits are forfeited
  • We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@nomra.world to attempt informal resolution. We commit to working with you in good faith to resolve disputes.

14.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify. The arbitration shall be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with established arbitration rules.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes must be brought on an individual basis only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Lebanon.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you through the App or via email. Material changes will be effective 30 days after notification. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Miscellaneous

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nomra regarding the Services.

17.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

17.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, or network operator failures.
