Install manually with eSIM details

Manual installation uses the SM-DP+ address and activation code from your Nomra eSIM details. Enter values exactly as shown. Keep Wi-Fi on during setup.

Please read

  • Most eSIMs can only be installed once—do not experiment on the wrong device.
  • Do not delete an installed eSIM unless support asks.
  • Use Wi-Fi during installation when possible.

When to use manual installation

  • The QR code is on the same device you are installing on.
  • Your camera cannot scan the QR code clearly.
  • The QR code screen is damaged, cropped, or hard to read.

Manual steps (all devices)

  • Open the eSIM details in the Nomra app.
  • Find the manual installation details: SM-DP+ address and activation code.
  • Open your phone’s add eSIM flow and choose manual / enter details instead of scanning.
  • Copy each value exactly, with no extra spaces or line breaks.
  • Complete the prompts until the profile is added.

If manual installation fails

Confirm the eSIM was not already installed elsewhere. If your phone says the profile is used or invalid, contact support before deleting anything. Do not pay again for the same plan if payment already succeeded.

Settings → Cellular or Mobile Service → Add eSIM → Enter details manually (when offered)
