Users can permanently delete their Nomra account and associated personal data.
How to delete your account
You can delete your account directly from the app:
More → Profile → Delete Account

What data is deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Profile information.
- Authentication information.
- Chat history and messages.
- Uploaded images and files associated with your account.
- Preferences and account settings.
Data that may be retained
Certain information may be retained for a limited period if required for:
- Security and fraud prevention.
- Legal and regulatory obligations.
- System backups and audit purposes.
Retained data is securely stored and deleted when no longer required.
Processing time
Account deletion requests are processed immediately or within a reasonable period after submission.
