Nomra Plus Terms & Conditions

1. Nomra Plus Subscription

Nomra Plus is a monthly subscription that provides eligible members with additional benefits when using Nomra services. These Nomra Plus Terms & Conditions ("Plus Terms") govern your use of the subscription and supplement the Nomra Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By subscribing to Nomra Plus, you agree to these Plus Terms.

The current subscription price is $3.99 per month, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews each billing period unless you cancel it through the subscription management settings of the App Store or Google Play, as applicable. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are also subject to the terms and policies of the applicable app store.

2. Nomra Plus Benefits

Depending on the applicable eligibility requirements, Nomra Plus may provide:

• $1.99 Nomra Plus wallet credit per billing period
• 5% member pricing on eligible purchases
• Access to additional member-only offers or promotions that Nomra may make available from time to time

Benefits may vary by product, purchase type, promotion, or other eligibility requirements displayed by Nomra.

3. Nomra Plus Wallet Credit

Each eligible Nomra Plus member may receive up to $1.99 in Nomra Plus wallet credit for each billing period, granted once that period's subscription payment is processed.

Nomra Plus wallet credit:

• Can only be used toward eligible Nomra purchases
• Is not cash and has no cash redemption value
• Cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash
• Cannot be transferred to another Nomra account
• Cannot be used outside Nomra
• May be subject to eligibility requirements displayed at checkout
• Cannot reduce a purchase below $0
• Is applied automatically when eligible, where applicable
• May be used across multiple eligible purchases within the same billing period if the full available credit is not consumed in a single purchase

For example, if you have $1.99 of available Nomra Plus credit and use $1.00 of it on an eligible purchase, the remaining $0.99 may remain available for another eligible purchase later in the same billing period, subject to the applicable validity rules in Section 8.

4. Member Pricing

Nomra Plus members may receive 5% member pricing on eligible purchases.

Member pricing is calculated by Nomra at the time of purchase. The applicable member price will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Member pricing does not necessarily apply to every Nomra product, service, transaction, or promotion. Eligibility may vary based on the product, provider, purchase type, or other conditions.

5. Use of Multiple Benefits

Where applicable, Nomra Plus member pricing and Nomra Plus wallet credit may be applied to the same eligible purchase. The applicable member price and available Nomra Plus credit will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Nomra Plus subscription through the subscription management system provided by the applicable app store.

Cancellation prevents the next renewal but does not terminate your Plus benefits immediately. Unless otherwise required by the applicable store or law, benefits already granted for your current paid billing period remain available until that period ends.

After the subscription period ends, you will no longer receive new Nomra Plus benefits unless you resubscribe. Any wallet credit unused at that point is forfeited under the rules described in Section 8.

7. Refunds and Reversals

If a Nomra Plus subscription is refunded, reversed, or otherwise invalidated, Nomra may adjust or revoke unused benefits associated with that subscription period.

Where a Nomra Plus credit has already been used in connection with a refunded or reversed transaction, Nomra may make the corresponding adjustment to the applicable Plus credit balance where permitted by applicable law.

8. Expiration of Benefits

Nomra Plus wallet credit is tied to the billing period in which it was granted and expires at the end of that billing period. Credit does not accumulate or carry over from one billing period to the next.

• If your subscription renews, the new billing period's wallet credit replaces any unused credit remaining from the prior period — the prior period's unused credit is forfeited at that time, even if the new period's credit has not yet been used.
• If your subscription ends without renewing, any wallet credit that is unused at the end of your final paid billing period is forfeited once that period ends.
• If the applicable app store extends your current billing period (for example, during a billing retry), any unused wallet credit already granted for that period remains valid through the extended period end.

Member pricing (Section 4) applies only to purchases made during an active billing period and carries no independent expiration or balance of its own. Any additional expiration rules applicable to a particular member-only offer or promotion will be communicated through the Nomra app, website, or applicable purchase flow.

9. Changes to Nomra Plus

Nomra may modify, suspend, or discontinue Nomra Plus or any of its benefits from time to time. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

Changes will not affect benefits that have already been validly used, except where an adjustment is required because of a refund, reversal, fraud, abuse, or similar circumstance.

10. Misuse and Abuse

Nomra Plus benefits are intended for legitimate use by the account holder. Nomra may restrict or revoke Plus benefits where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, account manipulation, unauthorized activity, or attempts to circumvent Plus eligibility or benefit limitations.

11. Relationship to Other Terms

These Plus Terms supplement Nomra's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If there is a conflict between these Plus Terms and the general Terms of Service specifically concerning Nomra Plus, these Plus Terms will govern the Nomra Plus benefit in question.
